In May of 2005, Pastor G. Laine Robinson was given a vision to start a new work. While in a hotel room in California, the Lord began to reveal to him what the church would look like and it’s purpose. The first line of the original vision, as God revealed it was... "This church is established so that Sunday will no longer be the most segregated day of the week."

The Lord had placed a huge burden on Pastor Robinson’s heart to have people from all walks of life, all backgrounds and all nations worshipping together in spirit and in truth. This church was to be established to fulfill the blessing of Pentecost when everyone was gathered together and each heard in his own language as all the tribes were gathered in the spirit of unity.

In April of 2006, New Creation Christian Center (NC3) was launched and after 3 months of Thursday night meetings, 50 people committed to this start up effort. The two years that followed were simply amazing, with so many being restored, families reconciled and a live recording of all original worship songs done. Everything seemed to be going great until the building that was being leased was quickly sold and the church was left with no place to hold weekly services.

On June 22nd of 2008, the church relocated to the Spur 408 campus and united with the Church of the King family that was worshipping at the location. On October 5th of 2008, a new work was launched called The Verge. Pastor Robinson has led the church through a very difficult transition and The Verge experienced 7 years of transition as the identity of this new work was being defined.

In April of 2015, the Lord released a fresh word to Pastor Robinson that would define the church for it’s glorious future. The Verge has become the church that God revealed to Pastor Robinson some seven years prior. The Lord began to show the church His limitless power, and as a result, He has called us to become a limitless church. The Verge has now become the Limitless Church by connecting all people to our limitless God!
